Karan is a Chartered Accountant and holds Bachelor degree in Commerce from Delhi University. He has extensive experience of 10+ years and has serviced clients across sectors including IT-ITeS, Telecom, Auto, Power, Retail, E-Commerce and Education.Accounting, Assurance, USGAAP, IFRS, Financial Analysis, ICFR and Accounting modules. He also assisted various startups- from early stage to growth stage with various CFO support requirements like Accounting, compliance, pitch deck, pre investment due diligence, business valuations etc.
Prior to starting his entrepreneurial journey with Finisia Advisors, he has worked with Valueonshore Advisors and with other mid-sized chartered accountancy firms.He has worked with various clients at various levels from start-ups to MNCs like U2opia, Amtek Auto, DLF, Toshiba, PC Jeweller, Limeroad, MapMyIndia, Pepsi India, Rail Yatri, Securonix, Siti Networks, InditabEsolutions among others.
He is the founding partner of Finisia Advisors LLP. He has completed his graduation in Commerce from Delhi University and he became Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India with more than 10 years of experience in various fields.
He has advised many companies including individuals in the area Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, management and financial consultancy in India. He has rich experience in the field of Taxation, Audit, Accounting, Book-Keeping, Company Law Matters & Financial Services and Goods and Service Tax.
During the tenor of his career, he has worked for various Corporate Giants like IKEA India Private Limited, Punjab National Bank, The Oriental Insurance Company Limited, Asian Development Bank, etc.
He has more than 3 years of experience of working with SMC Investment and Advisors Limited in the field of Corporate Finance and has provided Financial Advisory to various companies including Om Logistics Limited, Vijai Electricals Limited, Flowtech Group of Companies etc., eventually making Corporate Funding his forte.
